Marshmallows were a staple in every shopping trip for my family but the vanilla boring supermarket mallows had grown old.

I worked on over 40 batches to get the recipe perfect and from there the world of flavours was unlocked to us!

So The Welsh Mallow Company was born.

We are now doing this full time as a family! Working tirelessly to grow this business and get it in shops across the UK.
