Hi! I’m Emily, the ‘mallow mum’ behind The Welsh Mallow Company.

For those who don’t know me, I’m primarily a mum of two gorgeous girls, one fur baby and a soon to be wife of a pretty awesome guy (if I do say so myself) My most important trait however, is that I am a marshmallow fiend! I love the stuff! A trait in which I have well and truly passed onto my daughters.

They were a staple in every shopping trip for myself and my daughter but the vanilla boring supermarket mallows had grown old but my daughter however was not ready to give up marshmallows. So I set out to perfect my own mallow recipe.
